We are a rent to social housing business based in Surbiton, who specialise in leasing suitable properties from landlords for a guaranteed monthly rent. We then lease the properties to one of our established network of UK Government backed Social Housing providers or Housing associations.
Gazaria Properties Limited was established in 2024 and currently manages a proprietary portfolio of five properties, with total assets under management of £1.3million.
